308 (Continuity; Research) builds technologies
that protect people

Resilience is no longer optional
Essential systems are increasingly built and controlled by vendors disconnected from the environments they serve. When those systems fail, the impact is immediate and public.
308 exists to turn unresolved risk into working capability — engineered to operate under real conditions, not ideal assumptions.
308 operates across two distinct modes

308 Research
- Applied research
- Product development
- Resilience engineering

308 Continuity
- System architecture
- Infrastructure hardening
- Operational optimisation
We work in domains of consequence
- 01Environments where system failure propagates beyond an immediate boundary.
- 02Where decisions harden before conditions are fully understood.
- 03Where continuity must be engineered, not assumed.
- 04Where accountability extends beyond contracts and vendors.

In partnership with
Project Isa
Project Isa is an initiative led by 308 Continuity to strengthen safety, privacy, and operational resilience across Australian early childhood education.
The sector manages sensitive data for children and families every day, often on infrastructure that was never designed with security in mind. Project Isa focuses on practical security uplift: secure-by-default foundations that are easy to operate, easy to sustain, and accountable under everyday conditions.
The work is not about specialist technology or complex implementations. It is about raising the floor so that the people responsible for children's safety have systems they can trust without needing to understand how they work.
Selective engagement
308 works with organisations where failure carries real consequence - whether the impact falls on institutions, infrastructure, or the people depending on both. When the work demands accountability, technical depth, and teams who stay with the problem, we engage.
